PublicZone Acquires NYC.mn Subdomain Service

We're excited to announce that PublicZone has acquired the nyc.mn subdomain registry from the NYC.mn Subdomain Service team. We want to extend our sincere thanks to the NYC.mn team for their years of service to the community and for entrusting us with this registry through a symbolic $1 token transfer.

Official Transition Date: December 1, 2025

What This Means for You

Existing Domain Holders: Your nyc.mn domains are safe and will continue to function without interruption. All existing registrations remain active and will not expire in the foreseeable future. You can continue managing your domains at https://dot.nyc.mn/

New Registrations: As of this transition, new nyc.mn domain registrations are no longer available. This allows us to focus our resources on maintaining stable, reliable service for existing domain holders.

Our Commitment

PublicZone is committed to maintaining the standards and reliability that the NYC.mn community has come to expect. We're honored to carry forward the legacy built by the NYC.mn Subdomain Service team.
